Bin - Missed Collection (Domestic)

If your bin has not been collected please complete this form. We can only respond to reports after 3pm on your day of collection when rounds are completed.

Bins should to be ready by 7am. Unfortunately we are unable to return if not out by 7am. Collection vehicles may arrive earlier or later than normal as rounds do vary.

We will not be able to take additional waste placed by your bin. Also, crews cannot empty bins that are overweight or over filled forcing the bin lid up. The House Waste Recycling Centre will take excess waste. Trade customers should use our trade form to report a missed bin.
