Bins - Missed Domestic Collection
If your bin has not been collected please complete this form. We can only respond to reports after 3pm on your day of collection, as collection vehicles can fill up mid way through a road requiring the vehicle to return later in the day.
Your bin needs to be ready by 7am. Unfortunately we are unable to return if not out on time. Please be aware that times do vary, so collections can occur earlier than your normal collection time.
We will not be able to take additional waste placed by your bin. Our crews cannot empty bins that are overweight or over filled forcing the bin lid up. The House Waste Recycling Centre will take excess waste. Trade customers should use our trade form to report a missed bin.
