Salary
The Borough of Poole's Chief Executive's salary is paid up to a maximum of £124,951

Pension
The Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) is a tax approved, defined benefit occupational pension scheme. The benefits under the scheme are set out in law and are based on the length of membership and final salary.
Both employees and employers contribute to the LGPS.
Currently the Borough of Poole contributes 17.4% of pensionable pay and employees earning over £75,000 contribute 7.5% of pensionable pay.
