What are Beauty Treatments?
The main ones are:
- Sauna
- Massage
- Sun beds
Other ones include all beauty treatments provided by salons such as:
- leg waxing
- manicure
- pedicure
- facials
- eyelash tinting
If you carry out any of these massage and special treatments, you do not have to register for a licence with the Borough of Poole. However, you should contact us to advise us of your business.
Registration with Borough of Poole
We register persons and premises for the following treatments only:
- Acupuncture
- Body Piercing (including ears, nose, etc.)
- Electrolysis
- Tattooing
