Our core working hours are:
- 8:30 am - 5:15 pm Monday - Thursday
- 8:30 am - 4:45 pm Friday
However, as many services are now available to you between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday, as part of our Customers First programme - download our A-Z Guide for details.

For the quickest response use our online report it and apply for it services. There are now over 300 services available online.

Please note that we have various office buildings across the borough. Some key services such as Planning, Building Consultancy and Benefit Payments, are provided at the Civic Centre itself.
