Early Learning Advisory Team

We endeavour to improve outcomes for all our youngest children through the development of:

  • high quality early learning and development
  • high quality leadership and management of learning
  • high quality partnerships

This is to ensure an integrated, proactive and accessible service.

The team provides support for settings in the delivery of high quality early learning using the Early Years Foundation Stage framework through link visits and continuing professional development.


In our role within the Early Learning Advisory Team we adhere to the following code of conduct:

The team comprises of:

  • Senior Adviser Early Years
  • Early Years Adviser
  • 6 Early Learning Advisory Teachers
  • 2 Early Learning Business Support Officers
