"The Quay Advice Centre has helped me since I moved into the Quay Foyer three years ago. It has helped me with contraception advice, debt advice and when I fell pregnant it helped me try to find somewhere else to live. I have found the services here extremely useful and all the staff are polite and helpful."
"I first found out about the Quay Advice Centre when I started going to the Poole Youth Forum when I was 15. Since then they have helped me with housing problems, job hunts and contraceptive advice".
