  • providing domiciliary care services for people with long-term high dependency needs and short-term for people recently discharged from hospital
  • supporting disabled people to find and maintain employment
  • providing support to people with drug and/or alcohol dependency issues
  • promote the well-being of vulnerable people within the wider community through a range of partnerships with the NHS locally and a range of voluntary organisations
  • providing care management assessment and some direct provision for people with a learning disability.
